When Google Photo was first announced Google would allow you to store an unlimited number of photos in their cloud for free. While there was a limit as to how much data each picture could use it was a convenient way to backup all your photos in the cloud.
To me this all sounded to good to be true, unlimited storage for no cost. Well reality is about to set in as of June 1, 2021.
Now each user will be restricted to 15GB of free storage. This 15GB is the total amount used between your Gmail, Google Drive and Photos.
